The ParkGenie Partner App gives owners of parking space and EV Charging Stations a platform to rent out their space and show real-time availability of timeslots for EV Charging, to users of the ParkGenie User App.

Users of the ParkGenie User App can, with a few swipes, easily find and pre-book parking and book timeslots at EV Charging Stations, in the areas they are visiting (subject to partner sign ups in that area).

It is easy and straight forward to set up the parking area, EV Charging Station, Society on the ParkGenie Partner App.

When it comes to parking and EV Charging Stations the ParkGenie Partner is unilaterally in control of pricing, and the timing of when the parking area is available for users of the ParkGenie User App.

Any ParkGenie Partner will, furthermore, be able to use the Venue Parking and Corporate Parking feature which is also in the included in the app

- Venue parking - can be used if a lot of guests have been invited

- Corporate Parking - can be used to invite customers to park in your parking bays

-Society Management - as parking is an integral part of what is going on in a housing society of the ParkGenie Partner App also has a Society Management feature which can be used alone or in connection with parking / visiting cars that enters the society. (The Society Management part of ParkGenie has all relevant features that are offered by other Society Management Apps features)

The ParkGenie Apps are based on SaaS technology meaning that Partners can set up their Parking area, EV Charging Stations and societies anywhere in India.
